Information from Google Sign-In

When you choose "Sign in with Google", we ask Google only for the basic scopes openid, email, and profile. With your permission, Google shares the following with us:

Your profile picture URL
A unique Google account identifier

We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google data.

Information you provide

Account and contact details, such as name, organization, phone number, and address
Billing details needed to issue invoices and receipts
Messages and files you send us through support tickets, email, or LINE

Information collected automatically

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and access times
Cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect your session

2. How we use your information

To sign you in, verify your identity, and link your Google account to your account with us
To provide, operate, and maintain the Services you use
To send service notices, invoices, and responses to your requests
To keep the Services secure and to prevent fraud and abuse
To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data received from Google for advertising.

3. Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the sign-in feature and related account functions described in this policy. It is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the Services, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. It is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Some Services are used by schools. Where a Service is provided to students, the school is responsible for obtaining any consent required from parents or guardians. We collect only the information needed for the school to use the Service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will provide additional notice.
